 All orders placed on Pious Skin are processed within 2 business days. We offer free shipping to anywhere in Australia. 

Please be aware, we do not ship to post office boxes under any circumstances.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Orders can be delivered DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT

• Australia and New Zealand: 10-15 business days 

• Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

Order tracking

The order confirmation email will be sent to customer as soon as the order is placed. Customers are provided with shipping tracking number once the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Usually, Pious Skin's partners aim to dispatch items within 2 business days once the orders has been approved. Pious Skin team will be sure to keep you updated with tracking number and an estimated arrival time.

Duites and Taxes

Pious Skin has added cost of taxes and duties in orders to be delivered in Australia and USA.

Orders from all other locations than stated above, Pious Skin is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties & Taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to duties.
